Investing in property has always been my lifelong passion. My husband and I took our first step into the property market shortly after getting married, and within a few years, we doubled the value of our investment. Recognising the profit potential, we decided to delve deeper into the property world, eventually launching our careers in the United States.

However, due to family reasons, we relocated back to the UK where I spent a decade working as an office manager. Despite my business experience, I felt a strong pull to get myself into the property market and take charge of my own life.

The South of England was too costly to kickstart our Buy-To-Let and Social housing ventures, so we turned our focus to the North, where we discovered promising opportunities with more manageable investment sizes.

We have had a steep learning curve and as a result today, our portfolio compromises a mix of private and social housing properties.

Driven by my passion and desire to share my expertise, I launched Pure1Sourcing, which offers comprehensive services guiding individuals from the initial stages of their property journey to expanding their portfolios.
